We conduct mediations tied to civil matters for parties and organizations with a focus on contract disputes, construction (including construction related personal injury and intellectual property cases) and sports matters.
Parliamentary Services
We provide parliamentary consulting as a meeting parliamentarian, review, drafting and assistance amending bylaws, board training, conventions/conferences services, writing opinions, and expert witness testimony.
About
Marsha Thornton brings a tapestry of exepertise to the table, weaving together over 25 years of corporate experience at a Fortune 50 company with her conflict resolution and parliamentary backgrounds to design solutions. Armed with a master's degree in conflict resolution, an MBA, a BBA in Finance, and a certificate in Strategic Leadership, Marsha works with clients to foster collaboration. Ms. Thornton is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP) with a National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP).
